Boar Pit Barbecue is your neighborhood barbecue restaurant located in beautiful Mount Bethel, PA. We are from Texas and are bringing authentic TEXAS southern style barbecue we love, to you. Anyone can match quality ingredients; but you can’t match experience. We use only natural hardwood to smoke our meats, never charcoal or lighter fluid. We never sauce our meats, dry rubbed and slow smoked.
